In RADIOSS its not possible to perform a fatigue analysis. You can use OptiStruct for the same.
sir my loading is of short duration then how to perform fatigue analysis for the same ?
How much is the short duration for the loading?. Since fatigue is failure under a repeated load the duration will be more for a fatigue analysis.

Fatigue failure will not happen in milliseconds time. In milliseconds, normally it will be a crash/impact analysis.
