I ran transient run using motion solve. I got result(displacement, strain, stress) with respect to time in h3d. Is there any way we can get strain/stress time history directly of any element in specific direction in ASCII file as an output?

If a Flexbody has been used in a simulation, then the time-series stress/strain results can be obtained by using the Plots Tool:

Using the Panels, you can choose the element and then choose what to plot.

The plot can then be exported by using File >> Export >> Curves.
