Invalid mesh error

If any cad model is being imported, when the mesh generation is clicked then it's always showing the same result of ' invalid mesh error ' always.

The required screenshots have been uploaded.

This is the situation to every cad model. So I have tried many times uninstalling the software and reinstalling it again for around 5-6 times. But this has been continuously repeating.

So please help me as soon as possible.

Please post your CAD and .acs files and the error file? *Meshsim.txt?

But I don't have any screenshots of it. I have re-installed OS. Now it's working.

There's a problem with source.

Based on the images supplied previously, it appears the directory for the mesh output was changed from the default MESHSIM.DIR, thus the automatic loading of the mesh into AcuConsole could not be accomplished. So although the mesh was generated correctly and completely, AcuConsole did not know where to look for it. You could import the mesh manually at that point. But if it's working now, all is good.
