Mesh intersection Virtual wind tunnel

HI, I've been doing some cfd analysis on virtual wind tunel. The surface mesh was done with 2d trias elements on hypermesh. I've use the function 'check elems' to ensure my mesh was ok.

The model is than exported to vwt in the nastran(fluent) format.

However, when I run my analysis the file meshintersection.dat and meshintersection.nas shows up in the run directory. Ive looked which elements are problematic by opening the .nas file in hypermesh and it only a small group of 7 elements that seems to be duplicated. If i remouve the duplicates and rerun, the same problem shows up. I think the error is generated when vwt is saving the surface mesh in the run folder...

    This seems odd error.

    If you check for duplicates, connectivity, small angles (5° or less), such problematic element are typically identified.

    Please try the penetration and intersection checks and see if removing these two problems helps. If not upload the file.
