composite optimizaiton lower and upper bound settings

I am working on composite optimization now, using COMPP in hyperworks. It is a feasible tool and I have got one solution successful in another case. However, in a new case now, I found some problem in size optimization settings, I hope someone can help me here.
I have finished the free size optimization phase, and got thickness distribution now. I also setup the FSTOSZ 4, and PLYMAN 0.45 in free size optimization phase.
Now, I step to 2nd phase---size optimization. It is normal that the PLYMAN was setup into each ply variable automatically, and also the lower bound and upper bound was generated in each ply variable. Generally, the lower bound is 0, and upper bound is higher than initial value, which come from free size phase. The problem is the error will happen as below, who can help me on this problem??
I also tried to fix this error through change the lower bound and upper bound manually, the problem is if I changed them, the initial value was changed to PLYMAN value automatically, and nothing can be optimized finally.

in my problem the error is :
the updated TOTAL_Ti in parts of STACK # 1 is invalid.
the updated TOTAL_Ti is zero.
Invalid design properties w.r.t. the design variables were found.
number of invalid property items = 65
this error occurs in module 'chkpdrv'
