Getting Mass and Energy Error during FSP Simulation

Hi,

I'm working on simulating Friction Stir Processing (FSP) using Radioss. To save the computational resources, I'm using volume tetra meshing for the workpiece instead of SPH particles. After constructing the model using Radioss, I ran it using Compute Console. Initially, it showed 19 hours to completely simulate the model. Unfortunately, it stopped around 10th hour showing 2 errors, as stated below:

205 - Energy Error Limit Reached

207 - Total Mass Error Limit Reached

What could be the possible causes of such occurrences? Also, when I check the results using HyperView, I noticed that the workpiece that is being plunged undergoes splashing (refer to attached video). Please help me on this issue.

For the mass error, please verify the time step settings provided (e.g., NODA/CST). For the energy error, kindly review the contact parameters.
