    HI

Can you check if there is a file named “h3ddiag.txt'.Could you please send this txt file to us?

If possible share the model file.

    Hi Prakash,

thanks for your quick answer! There is no file named like that. You can see my optistruct outputfile and the model file.

(I know, it's a huge model but i have no poblem with long computing time)

If you have any ideas how to solve my Problem, pls let me know. Im out of Office for a few days so pls excuse me, if i cant answer as quickly as you did.

    Hi @Jobo

Can you remove all control cards and try again?

Please let me know if you still get the same error without any output requests.

    Hi,

    In your output file:

*** WARNING: The amount of allocated memory exceeds available RAM - this
may cause significant slowing down of solution progress due to the swapping
out memory to the swap file. It is recommended to use out-of-core
    solution to reduce memory requirements.

    And more:

    MEMORY ESTIMATION INFORMATION :
    -------------------------------

     Solver Type is:  Sparse-Matrix Solver
                      Direct Method

Current Memory (RAM)                                    :   14245 MB
Estimated Minimum Memory (RAM) for Out of Core Solution :   12783 MB
Recommended Memory (RAM) for Out of Core Solution       :   14245 MB
Recommended Memory (RAM) for In-Core Solution           :  120581 MB

You have only 14GB RAM, so solver should run 'Out of Core' solution. Even with this method, the minimum memory is almost your max ram.

So I think you need more RAM to solve this run.
