changing licence key from one system to another

I have recently bought inspire and evolve along with hyper works package from altair . My old laptop is a bit outdated to run inspire and evolve as a result I got a new laptop , is there any way to transfer my evolve licence to my new laptop ? or should i buy another copy again?
