*** ERROR # 4966 *** Minimum time increment reached, analysis aborted.

I got file from my colleagues to continue his project. However, we find that, in his laptop, the model working fine. But when I am trying to open in my laptop, the model showing  this error "*** ERROR # 4966 ***  Minimum time increment reached,   analysis aborted". The model is about 3 km pipeline with spring (model as soil movement). I have attached the model if someone could help me to solve this problem. Thank you
