i need help to generate a 2d mesh for the shell of a race car and 3d mesh of the fluid domain.
the problem is that the 2d mesh fails everytime (i don t know the reason) and i can t move on. i can give u the file if u can help me.
You probably need to mesh the surfaces not in one go, but in several stages. See where the mesh is failing and try to repair that surface. If you post the file here, I could have a look.
try to mesh the surface with diffrent element size. This might help you.
try to mesh the surface on HyperMesh and when it is ok you import into AcuConsole.
Is it failing in the surface mesh creation or in the boundary layer generation?
