Hello Forum,

Im from the Hawks Racing Team in Hamburg and i have some problems with a special error in Optistruct.

I created my Model on my laptop and switched to a stationary computer to do the simulations for our racecar.

On both Stations a check run was done and no errors occured.

As i started the analysis/optimisation on my laptop everything was fine but it took to much time..

When i start the same optimisation on my stationary maschine i get the error #369.

See Picture 1

My Inertia Relief Constraints are able to see on picture 2

I checked so far all Loadsteps

- changed the position of the inertia relief constraints

-did a element cleanup

-did a new definition of plys..

-I deleted the Element with the id 1095447

and the problem is that for that error there is no solution on the internet.

Maybe this forum can help me.

I copied the whole Modell folder from my laptop to the stationary maschine

The problems has to be in the settings of windows or hypermesh

Has anybody a idea ?

Greetings

    Maybe some more input:

    ITERATION   0
     *** ERROR # 369 ***
     Auto-spc dof has non-zero mass/inertia.
     Degree of freedom  = 4.
     Grid Point ID      = 1095447.
     Mass/Inertia value = 2.0759e-006.
When this happens, inertia relief force calculation is incorrect.
The corresponding static solution is erroneous with
nonzero SPC forces at the SUPORT dofs.
This error occurs in module 'lstatdrv'.
