I set the simulation time to 1e-05 and the time step to 2e-07, which should output 50 samples, but in fact, there is only one sample in the output ASCII file, and I don't know why. How can I fix this without changing the time step size?
Looks like you are using version-2021. I just tried it with WinProp-2022 and all the time steps are reported (see below):
