error occurs after increasing load in NL quasi-static analysis

I am able to run analysis successfully with 0.2 MPa pressure. But it is giving an error if i increase the load to 0.22 MPa in the same model.

What could be the reason?

Change in NLPARM card parameter didn't help.

Hi Balram,

The structure must have reached its limiting point and hence not able to converge with N-R method

Do you have contacts in the model? I prefer looking at the model in detail,please let us know if you could share the deck?

I took a look at the .out file, the non-convergence is due to contact chattering.
