Some doubts about Parts time history output
Hi all,
From the manual, /TH/PART can be used to output part energy and DEF Variable group will save IE, KE, XMOM, YMOM, ZMOM, MASS, HE.
However, from my test example, the part kinematic energy was zero all through (figure below). Is this a software bug or something wrong?
/TH/PART/1
PartEnergy
DEF
1 2
In addition, how to save the part energy curve data in T01 file to Excel by using HyperGraph?

Hi George P,
HyperWorks 13.0 was used. Did you run my case example directly or change something? From my result, the energy of part was zero.

Hi Roy,
I didn't change anything in your file.
Please upgrade to HyperWorks 14.0 version. You can download it at: http://www.altairuniversity.com/hyperworks-14-0-student-edition-order-now/

Thank you George P. I think this problem may be the bug for version 13.
