Dear, All,

want to predict, push-in and pull off force required to insert and remove male part in/from female part.

Can anyone please revert with the procedure for the same.

    Hi,

    You have to create and put RBODY  in the output block, so to see the insertion force. Plot the force on this RBODY in the required direction using T01 file in HyperGraph for the insertion force.

    Similarly retention force is the one which needs to be applied in the separation direction to disassemble it, which is contact normal force.

    @ganesh munge

    How about creating Rbody on top face of male body?

    This way rest of the male body is flexible.

    Thanks Prakash,

    It was nice learning.

    If you can share dummy video( or stepwise procedure) for creating output request for RBody, that will help me a lot.
