Manufacturability of optimized (lattice) structures

I am running lattice optimization on certain shapes that I would like to 3D print. I was wondering if a separate tool or software is required/can be used to make the obtained lattice structure manufacturable? What would be the method for manufacturing the varying lattice densities?

You can use 3-Matic to print the lattice structure. Here is a ppt doc which will help you.
