Topology Optimization thickness Constraints
Hi,
1) Lets say at the end of topology optimization, with mutiple ribs of size A x B x C where A>B>C. How does the algorithm applies the MINDIM constraint? is it diagonal distance, or shortest length? Similarly for MAXDIM, how does is defined or calculated by algorithm?
2) There is guideline for specifying MINDIM (should be alteast 3 time of element size). Is there any guidelines for maximum allowed MINDIM and MAXDIM values based on dimensions of design space under consideration?

Fox MAXDIM has to be at least 6 times average element size.
