Can we perform denting analysis in optistruct, in which we have to load and unload the dent plate, if so what are the load collector card images, boundary conditions, load steps must be used in optistruct? please help me. Thank you.

You can perform denting analysis using Nonlinear Quasi-Static load step.
You can create two load steps with loading and unloading conditions. In the second load case which is unloading please keep the LOAD case control command as blank.
Please add PARAM,LGDISP,1 to activate the large displacements
