The kinetic energy is not zero.

Hi Georage,

I tried to run with the model you sent me in this forum

During the analysis, the internal energy suddenly increased. Why is this?

And how can we proceed until the kinetic energy reaches zero, since the kinetic energy does not go to zero?

Attach rad files, out files, T01 file.

    Hi Domado,

The car model created has 309 components in it. Even we may see that the velocity has become zero the internal parts will be having velocity due to the inertia and that constitutes to the kinetic energy of the model.

From the T01 file, plot part wise for internal energy and check which component is causing this sudden increase of IE and you can verify the behavior of that component.
