License Manager not Recognizing License

I am having an issue with my license manager.  There is no list of licenses under the server name in the license manager.

Once I installed and set up the license manager, created the license path environment variable, and input that information into the 'Host' field of the license manager. (Ignore the address that is in the image now, that was from a different attempt at getting things working.) Using the correct physical ethernet address yields the same thing.

The license manager simply shows a server uptime but doesn't list any of the licenses below as it should. Consequently, booting up any of the software doesn't work.

I have inspected the license file and it is indeed a server license that contains the physical address of the machine I'm trying to use. 

Any help is appreciated.

    Hello Daniel, 

    if you go to Local Admin tab, you will be able to open the license manager log. This file will give you more information about why is your license not being read.

    Please make sure that the Host name is correct as well.
