Thanks but the aspect ratio and jacobian is not that great. Is there a way to improve this please?

Yes, you can refine the mesh. By this, aspect ratio & jacobian will be better but it's costly for CPU computing time.
did you use automatic solid map meshing?
I don't like the word 'automatic', so I would like to control myself /emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20'>
