load collector with card image set to EIGRL should be created and referenced under METHOD (STRUCT) in the normal modes load step.

Can you share us .out or .fem file of the run?
Your shared file runs fine at my end. I see you are running linear static analysis. Just uncheck deform in subcase section. I feel units are not consistent in your model. Just maintain unit consistency and check the mass of the model.
