I have a topology optimization result (2-D Shell) in optistruct. I wish to make some changes (smoothen the curves) in the results and then wish to export the file as a step file.
How can I do that?

You can use OSSmooth to give you a concept with almost smooth cuvres etc... and export the same to .stp file.
We suggest you to do further modifications, smoothing, fine-tuning to .stp using any CAD tool instead.
Here is a Tip and trick to use OSSmooth in HyperMesh. Instead of FEA analysis use Geometry and change output type to STEP.
