Does it matter what geometry file exists in the nastran format or does VWT work it's simulations completely based on the mesh (which is why it should need the enclosed 2D mesh so that it can generate a 3D mesh around it using that 2D mesh)?
When a mesh is exported is Nastran fprmat, then only mesh information is in .nas file.
HM file may have both geometry and mesh.
VWT relies on .nas and it, generates 3D mesh based upon 2D Nas mesh.
