Direct frequency solution with modal information

Hi,

is there any possibility, to solve a frequency response problem directly with the use of modal frequency information (EIGRL) as input, like the modal frequency response solution does?
The first mode is roughly at 300 Hz and therefore the modal solution in the range of 5 Hz is insufficient precise. But it is very important, to cover the resonant frequencies as well as the very low frequencies, which are very far from the resonant frequencies.

Thank you.

    HI Yoshi,

In FREQi card (FRF) use the starting frequency as 5Hz and sweep till the frequency of interest and check if that helps

I am trying to import my FEA results from Radioss to OptiStruct and the solver removes all unsupported data while exporting, some of the features present in Radioss are not excessible in Optistruct and vice versa.

The FEA results I have, are required further for performing BEM calculation, can you make any suggestions??

    Hi Abhi,

Not all data will be converted as not all cards are supported, unfortunately. So there will be some data loss during conversion.
