Issue on running Solver Job Launcher

Hi, for your information, my university is using Altair hyperworks desktop 2022 for Computer Aided Engineering for teaching. Recently I was assigned to run Acusolve to analyse an air duct, but my Acusolve does not auto run AcuProbe and AcuTail, results that I cannot review my result. Can anyone assist me on this issue ? Thank you. 

I have attached a screen recording on my interface and how I copy the path to access to AcuRun. I have tried download AcuSolve 2022 individually and use the file path that installed with Acusolve but still it does not works.

    Which university do you attend - and which professor/course is using Altair software?

    It's probably best to update to the latest Academic Program package.

    Hi, I am using hyperworks dekstop 2022 for Computational Fluid Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis.  I afraid that I cannot use other latest software as they have different interface with what the instructor using. Maybe can you teach me on how to check my edition is the latest ? and what should the correct path of the AcuRun ?
