I have a model with an RBE3 constraint at the hole connected to a CBUSH element. I run a modal analysis, but I don't see the model constrained at all with the CBUSH element and I see rigid body modes still even though the CBUSH element should constrain it? .

I don't see any constraints or loads in your model. Please check and update.
For the first subcase I only see first six modes as rigid.
