strain energy is NaN problem

*** ERROR # 7053 ***
 The strain energy of Element id = 227397 is NaN.

 

I'm getting this error consistently. I tried remeshing every component and give a different value of forces and still getting this error. What's possible cause of this error? I tried searched what is this about but getting no info about this. I'm using optistruct nlexpl.

    Are you using any timestep control (mass scaling)?

    Maybe this particular element is deforming too much. It is hard to tell by looking only t this message.

    Can you provide a few more detaisl about your model, and what are you trying to run?

    I found that element quality was not that good.

    Recommended range violations:

    I remeshed with penta element and it is running without problem yet. So my understanding is element without good equality caused the problem.
