There is no zero values in lower bound and upper bound

Error message will not help us understand what you are doing,

 

Please provide more details about what analysis/optimization you are doing and what parameters are furnished.

 

if possible, please share the .out file.

Hi @mano112aprmw

 

Looks like moment of inertia is affected with the change in thickness.

 

Can you relax or remove PBAR#11 from design variables and check if that works?
