Matrix reduction method

I want to find natural frequency of cantilever plate using  Dynamic Matrix Condensation in Optistruct.can you give me the procedure.

    Hi Venkataramani,

     

    Please refer to Direct Matrix Input Method available on OptiStruct help. It has the procedure with an example model.

     

    CMS method is the preferred method for dynamic analysis as it captures the mass matrix more accurately.
