hello everybody, i have to do an aerodynamic simulation of a race car and i ve done the 2d surface mesh of the shell and of the box (there aren t free edges or t junction).

now i ve to do the tetramesh to simulate the fluid domain but it fails all the time and i don t know why..

someone can help me?

    Hi

    I see the section of tail wing is not connected to the box

    you can check intersection/penetration to confirm other unconnected positions

    hi

    during the cfd tetramesh appears an error message about the dimensions of the elements (to small) 

    the min size of the 2d mesh is 3 but i ve done other simulation with min size 2 and nothing goes wrong

    i don t know what i have to do!

    hey guy, did you read my comment? i said tail wing is not connected to the box, tetramesh is impossible if they touch each other, it makes height of tetra to be zero, not 2 or 3mm as you thought
