tetramesh

hello everybody, i have to do an aerodynamic simulation of a race car and i ve done the 2d surface mesh of the shell and of the box (there aren t free edges or t junction).

now i ve to do the tetramesh to simulate the fluid domain but it fails all the time and i don t know why..

someone can help me?
