Activate-MotionSolve Cosim license problem

Hello, 

 

During the Activate-MotionSolve Co-simulation, MotionSolve license problem appear,

 - Activate : 2017.3

 - MotionSolve : 2017.2

 

When my colleague use stand-alone license it doesn't make a license error, but when my colleague use Hosted HWU license  it makes an error.

Please see the attached picture. 

I think the path setting is correct.

 

What do I do to solve this issue?

Hello,

you can define in the windows environment variable the variable

ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH

to the path of his file license.
