Hello ,

I am new to Radioss solver. Actually using it first time.

I wanted to run a analysis for imposed displacement. Is there any tutorial available step by step.

How to assign material, how to assign BC , loadstep, control card necessary for analysis.

I have attached picture of which I am going for analysis.

    Hi @Atul Yadav

There is no tutorial for Imposed displacement. But, you can refer to this tutorial RD-T: 3500 Tensile Test Setup which uses imposed velocity.

You can follow the same methodology to apply imposed displacement.

    Hello, @Prakash Pagadala

I am not able to find the tutorial. Can you share a direct link for RD-T: 3500 Tensile Test Setup

    Hi Atul Yadav,

it is the most convenient to set up boundary conditions using BCs Manager by clicking Tools > BCs Manager

Attached is the RD-T: 3500 Tensile Test Setup (from Radioss help).

Unable to find an attachment - read this blog

I solved the problem. The out file is showing zero errors and zero warning but no h3d file is generating.

What could be the possible error.

    Hi Atul.

Maybe ANIM engine card is missing in the engine file.

Please check and add ANIM/DT, ANIM/SHELL(for example)  and provide the Tfreq to write animation files at that frequency.
