and try to download the file in below red circled.After clicking the download link, it shows that we need to log in first.

The problem is, after logged in. It’s directly go to Home page of Altair Connect instead of going to the page that we want to download.

Can you assist me regarding this?.

Hi Tungz,

Once you click download pdf/download recording, system will ask for log in. Click on Register Now and register your email and verify the mail. After this, you will be able to download the videos/pdf from this link.

I can download and view every file but the file has 'engl.' is exception. I cannot download even i have account.
