Hello everyone

I want to understand why my calculation in the first animation starts to indicate a sentence to stop the calculation with an energy increase :

    could you please check if there is any initial penetration?

     

    If you are using type 7 interface, increase the gap and run the analysis.

     

    If you still face the error, please share the starter and engine out files.
