Is there a command that I can write in the engine file in order to do that?

The user has to provide the failure parameters in the material card so that when the parameters reaches the user specified value the corresponding elements will be deleted.
As an example, in /MAT/LAW2 card, elasto-plastic Johnson-Cook material model, user can specify the failure strain so that when the corresponding elements reach that specific strain value it will be deleted.
