Dear Team,

I am a beginner to Optistruct.

While trying to prepare a model set-up for Design sensitivity analysis through Optistruct, i am getting following error :

 

  *** INTERNAL PROGRAMMING ERROR ***
   in file 'sets.F', at location # 213.
 

The optistruct version used is 12.0. Kindly support.

    Can you share details of analysis?

     

    As a first step, can you please update the elements and check if that helps?

    1) Details of analysis : I am trying Design sensitivity analysis in trimbody model (structure + acoustic cavity)by taking pressure as an output and panel thickness is selected for design variable.

    Being new to DSA, i am facing the above error.

     

    2) Which elements are you talking about and what updation is needed..?

     

    3) Read in one of your 'Internal programming error -similar types' ..reason quoted was bug in optistruct12.0 .However it was something related to contact elements.In my case, there is no contact elements in the model.Does this error have any relation to bug in Optistruct 12.0 ?
