Put different material properties in a same composite layer

Hello!

I am doing a resine modele, in which I want to have two plis of different material properties in the same level. I aleady creaed the layer, but I don't know how to change the material poperties of only certain elements of he level. Could you please help me ?

    When you create the ply you will get the option to select the elements which are in that particular ply. You can create two plies likewise.

    I cannot find the window you show here. Which Hypermesh version are you using ?

    You will get this option in create> ply.

    Thanks I found i.

    So I can create 2 different plis in the same layer and give them different properties, isn't it?

    Together with that, can the 2 plys I create be one next to the other or do we also have to leave the Minimum gap we leave beween the plis in the Dry modelisation ?
