can Altair exchange information with other program?

Hi i have a few question about automatic processing in altair. 

 

1. what tcl script can do?

2. can tcl scripts call all the function in altair?

3. can tcl script pass the analysis outcome from altair to other program such as matlab?

4. can it take the information from other program such as sap 2000 and use that as a starting point for altair?

5. how can altair exchange information with other  program?

6. can altair control by other software to automatically run model simulation?
