In Radioss after the completion of Analysis results are not displaying in the solver folder, it doesn't create animated files to see results.

Can you remove the negative sign in time(ANIM_DT and run time) in the engine file, as it cannot be negative and rerun.

Please input these values for run controls in HyperMesh and try running:

RUN time: 0.135

/ANIM/DT:.0027

Postprocessing the RADIOSS results is done in Altair HyperView. You can upload the .h3d created in HyperView and can review the results.
