In SIMP algorithm we used Penalty factor (p), where can we see this value in hypermesh?

    OptiStruct defines this penalty factor as DISCRETENESS factor. You can control the DISCRETE value in the 'opti control' panel of HyperMesh.

    Take a look at the documentation of OptiStruct for 'Design Variables'.
