Hi,
This seems to be an issue with the surface created for defining the monitored volume. The airbag external surface should be built only from 4- and 3-noded shell elements. The airbag external surface cannot be defined with /SURF/SEG, or with /SURF/SURF.
Create it using /SURF/PART, recall the same in /MONVOL/GAS and try running.
