In topology optimization constraint problem

Hi All friends,

I have a problem related to the constrained in topology optimization. My constrained are not satisfied in topology optimization. Anybody tell me whats the reason behind this problem? and also another problem the material is not properly removing from the low stress area. whats the matter about it, kindly help me out.
