Hyperlife - Result could not be imported

Hi I was trying to perform life prediction from the static case performed in abaqus.

And i see the life calculation shows no damage, When i tried to view the result in loadcase module i see the model dont have displacement or stresses imported(But when the output file from abaqus is opened in hyperview i can see the results.)

This started happening only from today,I have used the the same output file from abaqus to predict the damage previously.

Kindly help us understand if it is some bug with the software?How to fix it?
