Model unusable, points become comma, floating point errors

Just 10 minutes ago starting any radioss analysis results in turning points into commas which then results in error messages during analysis and in the gui.

Setting the value back to 0.25 does not change the value in the card edit window. It just stays 0,25.0
Restarting the pc didnt help

What can i do?

    change the decimal separator to a dot (.) in regional settings of windows

    from the web -

    Open Regional and Language Options
    Under 'Format' pick another regional setting (eg: English (United States)).
    Press 'Apply'
    Under 'Format' pick your original desired locale
    Press OK.
    (just changing to something else, then back to your desired setting should help).
