Imparting distance

I have a simple query that how can we impart a force at a particular distance.Is there any option to create distance from a particular point?

    Under force panel we different option to apply load.Also imparting node can be done using multilple option like translate or Nodes (distance).

    Please share screenshot for better understanding.
