dynamic analysis error

I am having a serious problem while doing dynamic analysis in radioss.Clicking radioss during post processing,it pops out the message as shown in screenshot which I had attached here-

    Hi Ayush,

    Can you please attach the model file and starter out files (_0000.rad and _0000.out files)?.

    Thanks for the reply sir.I had attached the _0000.rad & .hm file in 'secure file dropbox'

    Its working fine for me. I've sent you the .h3d file. Please open it in the HyperView for postprocessing and update the status.

    Ohh yes ..to my utter surprise,it's working fine right now in hyper view.Thank you, sir.But even then I am not getting my mistake.I am sending you a video of my screenshot captured from where you can conclude any reference.
