*** ERROR # 15 *** but no element quality problems

I keep getting this message: 

 

  *** ERROR #  15 ***
  CTRIA3 element 4135623 is distorted (zero or negative Jacobian).

 

for a number of elements, but when I check the elements in Hypermesh it tells me the minimum Jacobian is 1.00. I've also tried remeshing the elements and those adjacent to them and it has not made any difference. Do you have any advice?

Error message says CTRIA3 element 4135623 is distorted. Can you please check the element quality of element id 4135623 only.
