during random response analysis i need to give acceleration as input then what are load collectors should i use apart from tabrnd1 and randps?

should i represent the point of excitation using darea card giving unit load there and again giving acceleration at that point?

will we get displacement or acceleration(output) only at the node where we have given load??

You can request displacement and acceleration for other nodes also. Go to Control cards>> Global output request>> Displacement/Acceleration>> Select node/node set
