Hi,

I have a question considering the tutorial OS-1910:

Now the actual question: How did you make node 25231 to be a part of the crank body?

The rigid is connected to the 'Connecting Rod' and has 25231 as independent node,

but how is that single node connected to the crank body without using any visible elements?

The same thing has been done here:

thank you

    Hi,

when you create 'crank' body, you selected node 25231 as a node belonged to the body, so it does not need to use any visual element more.

RBE2 is a rigid body, and crank is also a rigid body. some solvers may not permit to connect 2 rbodies by  a visual element (rbe2), they must be merged
